Dashboard

The anssl dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your certificate management system, using real-time statistics and visual charts to help you quickly understand system status and key metrics.

After logging in, you’ll land on the dashboard by default: https://anssl.cn/console/dashboard

The top of the dashboard displays four key metric cards:

  • Total Certificates: Current number of certificates under management
  • Total Monitors: Number of domains being monitored
  • Total Deployments: Number of configured deployment tasks
  • Today’s Operations: Certificate applications, deployments, and other operations today

A pie chart visualizes the distribution of certificates by status:

  • Issued: Certificates in normal use
  • Expiring Soon: Certificates expiring within 30 days
  • Expired: Certificates that have already expired
  • Applying: Certificates currently being applied for
  • Revoked: Certificates that have been revoked

Shows real-time status of domain monitoring:

  • Active: Certificate valid and not approaching expiration
  • Alert: Certificate expiring soon or has issues
  • Resolved: Previous alerts have been addressed

Displays deployment task execution status:

  • Pending: Deployment tasks in queue
  • Success: Deployment completed successfully
  • Failed: Deployment execution failed, requires investigation

Line chart showing certificate changes over the selected time range:

  • Number of certificate applications
  • Number of expired certificates
  • Number of certificate renewals

Shows changes in domain monitoring status:

  • New monitors added
  • Alert count changes
  • Issues resolved

Tracks deployment task execution:

  • Total deployment tasks
  • Success rate changes
  • Failure rate statistics

The dashboard supports multiple time ranges:

  • Last 7 Days: View data for the past week
  • Last 30 Days: View data for the past month
  • Last 90 Days: View data for the past quarter

Adjust the dashboard display density:

  • Default: Standard card spacing and size
  • Compact: Reduced spacing to show more content on one screen

Dashboard data automatically refreshes periodically to ensure the latest statistics are displayed. You can also manually refresh by clicking the refresh button.

Assess the health of your certificate management:

  • Good: Expired and expiring certificates < 5%
  • ⚠️ Needs Attention: Expiring certificates between 5-10%
  • 🚨 Immediate Action Required: Expired or expiring certificates > 10%

It’s recommended to configure monitoring for all important domains:

  • All production environment domains
  • Customer-facing service domains
  • API and microservice domains

Monitor deployment success rate metrics:

  • Excellent: Success rate > 95%
  • Good: Success rate 85-95%
  • Needs Optimization: Success rate < 85%

Execute common operations directly from the dashboard:

  • Apply for New Certificate: Click “New” button on certificate card
  • Add Monitor: Click “Add” button on monitor card
  • Create Deployment: Click “Create” button on deployment card

The dashboard is fully responsive and supports mobile devices, allowing you to check system status anytime on your phone or tablet. The layout automatically adjusts for small screens.

It’s recommended to check the dashboard daily for:

  1. Certificates expiring soon that need renewal
  2. Monitoring alerts that need attention
  3. Failed deployments that need retry
  4. Today’s operations completed normally

Review trend charts weekly or monthly to:

  • Analyze certificate application and usage patterns
  • Identify potential capacity planning needs
  • Optimize deployment strategies and monitoring configurations
